Our experience at Budget Blinds was exceptional. We were replacing EVERY window treatment. Since this was a major undertaking for us, we were very thorough with our selection process. First, we had an initial conversation to confirm there would be a good fit. All our questions were answered without any sales pitch whatsoever. Next, they came to our home to discuss product options, take measurements, estimated timeline and provide a quote. Same as before, no sales pitch and answered every question with certainty. A delivery date was scheduled exactly when estimated. The installers were prompt, very professional and paid attention to detail. They even removed all the old treatments and vacuumed where needed. Since it was such a large project, the Owner stopped in during installation to make sure everything was perfect. It was! I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of Morgantown and Lenoir.
